Log In Troubleshooting Tips
If you are unable to log into the ISSS Portal, please try the following basic troubleshooting tips before contacting ISSS.
  1. Try this direct link (https://isss.du.edu/index.cfm?FuseAction=Security.AngLogin)
  2. Clear your internet browser's cookies and cache. Then restart the browser. 
  3. Use a different internet browser and/or device to access the ISSS Portal. Safari is NOT recommended.
  4. Open a new Incognito window in Google Chrome.
  5. Some students have indicated issues submitting request from a Mac computer. Using a Windows PC is advised.
  6. If you are a student in the Sturm College of Law, the username will be your @du.edu email address instead of the @law.du.edu account. 
  7. The University of Denver uses a security application called DUO when logging into University systems such as your du.edu email and the ISSS Portal. If you are having problems with DUO, you must contact DU Information Technology for assistance. ISSS is not able to help with DUO access or password resets.
If these options do not work, please email ISSS with details of the device's operating system (Windows 10, iOS, Android, etc.) and the internet browsers you tried (MS Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.).
